Next step is winter pruning which will probably start after Christmas 😁

It’s the next stage! We actually have 5 bottles so only £16k a bottle at cost… bargain!! 🍷

So… we’ve picked, stemmed, and crushed the first grapes… we reckon enough to make 4 bottles!!! On current valuation @£20k a bottle 🤣🫣😂

They’re turning red… we may even be able to make a few bottles this year 🤞🤞🤞

I think we have enough grapes to make a few sample bottles this year! The second variety that we have in the vineyard has really come on this year, and there must be 50 plants with a bunch or two for the plucking. How exciting :)

The newest purchase for the tractor, which is so much better at spraying vines that last years efforts. We are using sulphur to control against fungal growth, before spraying seaweed extract to provide nutrients.
