English Pinot Noir wine, without compromise.
The Wyck Estate was created around a belief that England can produce red wine of genuine substance and distinction. We grow slowly, harvest selectively and make in small volumes, allowing the quality of each vintage to determine what we release.
Our Approach
Red wine asks a great deal of an English vineyard. Site, variety, ripeness and judgement must come together. We therefore planted with a long view: choosing varieties for quality, character and their ability to thrive here, then allowing the fruit to guide the style of each wine.
Our aim is balance rather than weight - ripe fruit, fine structure, freshness and length. The wines should be
enjoyable on release, but have the composition to develop with time in bottle.
The varieties
A small-berried Pinot Noir clone capable of bringing dark cherry fruit, depth, spice and structure.
Perfumed and finely drawn, with bright red fruit and floral character. It contributes aromatic lift and elegance.
An aromatic, deeply coloured variety planted as part of the estate’s next chapter, offering further possibilities for future vintages.
THE WYCK ESTATE RED · 2025
The inaugural vintage from The Wyck Estate is an elegant, characterful red shaped by a warm English growing season.
Pinot Noir brings perfume, red and dark cherry fruit and fine structure; Cabaret Noir adds colour, depth and a darker-fruited edge. The result is poised and quietly complex, with freshness running through the palate and a measured, persistent finish.
Tasting Note
Deep ruby in colour, with an expressive nose of spice, white pepper and cassis. Fresh plum and raspberry unfold on the palate, with a subtle note of dark chocolate adding depth and complexity. Vibrant and
beautifully balanced, with a long, elegant finish.

Great vintages and reserve releases
Not every season will produce the same wine and we do not want it to. In exceptional vintages, selected parcels may be matured or held for longer and released separately in strictly limited quantities. These wines will be individually described and priced according to the vintage and the length of maturation.
