Wine Delivery Policy

We currently deliver wine to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom, subject to any geographical restrictions shown at checkout.

If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before accepting the order or refund your payment if an order has already been accepted.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time we may offer free delivery or collection on qualifying orders.

Our estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to dispatch orders promptly and in all cases to comply with applicable consumer law.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Wine may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over.

Our delivery partners may require proof that the person accepting an alcohol delivery is aged 18 or over.

Suitable photographic identification may be requested.

Wine will not be handed to somebody who cannot provide satisfactory evidence of age where identification is requested.

Please provide an address where an adult can accept the delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed, our carrier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions for arranging another delivery or return the wine to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply where repeated delivery is necessary because nobody eligible was available to accept the order.

Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if a parcel arrives damaged.

Photographs of the outer packaging and affected bottles are particularly helpful.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where wine has been damaged in transit.

Where offered, orders may be collected from The Wyck Estate by prior arrangement.

We will notify you when your order is ready and provide collection instructions.

Proof of age may be requested.
